Digital Audio Labs Livemix-16

The MIX-16 is the central mixer of the Livemix personal monitor system. The MIX-16 provides mix streams as well as power to each of the connected personal mixers.

The MIX-16 will usually be placed next to personal mixers, probably on a rack near the stage. The MIX-16 receives input data via a network cable, either from the AD-24 (shielded) or from a Dante network via the LM-DANTE-EXP Dante card.

Each MIX-16 port supports two discrete personal monitor mixes. Connect a single CS-DUO or up to two CS-SOLOs to each port with a standard network cable. The maximum combined distance of CAT5e cable (shielded or unshielded) is 100 meters.

  The MIX-16 receives 24 channels of audio from the AD-24 (for analog sources) or the optional LM-DANTE-EXP board (for digital sources from a Dante™ network). This is more than enough to meet the needs of churches, studios, and live event stages, while still being simple to use with the intuitive mixing interface.

  8 front-panel Ethernet ports provide power and mixing capabilities for up to 16 personal monitor mixes. This can be through 8 CS-DUO dual mix units, 16 CS-SOLOs single mix or a combination.
